It focuses on improving aerodynamics and reducing discomfort, allowing you to achieve your best possible performance in these events. When specifically looking at Triathlons it also focuses on delivering you onto the run with as fresh legs as possible.

How long does a bike fit session take?

The duration of a bike fit session can vary depending on various factors, such as the complexity of adjustments needed and the level of customisation required. Generally, a bike fit session can take anywhere from 1 to 3 hours.

Do I need to bring my own bike for a bike fit?

No, but it is recommended to bring your own bike for a bike fit session. This ensures that the fit is tailored specifically to your bike and your riding style. If you don't have a bike yet, or you are looking to get a new bike we can use our fitting jig to identify the bike that best fits you and any adjustments that we'd need to make.

How often should I get a bike fit?
